The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to Clause 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Court of Arbitration" (re Jurisdiction of Cases in the Sphere of Consumer Rights) as a Basis

The bill (Reg. No6670-1) suggests attributing of the cases on disputes regarding the protection of the consumer´s rights to the cases category that can not be scrutinized by the courts of arbitrations for the protection of consumer´s rights form unfair action of the business entities, especially in the sphere of banking services rendering.
