The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendment to the Law of Ukraine "On Public Associations" (re Names) in the Second Reading

Pursuant to the bill (Reg. No.3312), the names of public associations can not contain phrases similar to the names of public authority and local self-government bodies.

The Committee received 4 amendments of the People´s Deputies that were taken into account.
