Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, sent the Telegram of Condolence to Ricardo Alarcon de Quesada, President of the National Assembly of People's Power of Cuba

"With deep sorrow did the Ukrainian parliamentarians accept the news on people´s loss in horrible air crash of "Aerocaribbean" company plane", the telegram reads.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, V. Lytvyn expressed sincere condolence to the bereaved families.
