The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On State Regulation of Securities Market in Ukraine" (re Issue of Duplicate Copies and Copies of Licenses)

The bill (Reg. No. 6551) enhances the system of licensing and certification in the securities market.

The Committee members recommend adjusting this bill, taking into account the bill on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine on restriction of state regulation of economic activity (Reg. No.6696) that alters the procedure of licensing several types of e

conomic activity, esp. in the securities market.
