The following Laws were adopted:
1. "On Amendments to Clause 61 of the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2010" (re Relief of Arrears in Repayable Financial Assistance rendered by the Fund for the Social Protection of the Disabled to Luhansk Training and Production Association of the Ukrainian Association of the Blind to create Workplaces for the Sight-Impaired Persons).
2. "On Ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank on Cooperation and Activity of The EIB Representation Office in Ukraine." The Agreement was signed in Luxemburg on 15 June 2010. It arranges the necessary conditions to support the functioning of the EIB Representation Office in Ukraine and foster efficient cooperation between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank.
3. "On Amendments to Clause 43 of the Law "On Restoration of Debtor's Solvency or Filing for Bankruptcy" (re Enterprises using Nuclear Energy). The Law specifies the commercial failure. It concerns enterprises using nuclear energy in their activity; in particular, it considers the body in charge of state regulation of the nuclear and radiation safety or their regional inspections as the participants of the indicated commercial failure.
4. "On Restoration of the State Ownership of Integral Property Complex of "Kherson Machine-Building Plant" Limited Liability Company."
5. "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Enforcement Proceedings" and several other Legislative Acts of Ukraine to enhance the Compulsory Execution of the Resolutions of Courts and other Bodies (Officials)." The Law presents a new version of the Law "On Enforcement Proceedings", and amends the Civil Procedural Code, the Economic Procedural Code, the Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedural Code, the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine, the Laws "On Public Enforcement Service", "On Banks and Banking", "On Payment System and Money Transfers in Ukraine" to enhance the compulsory execution of the resolutions of courts and other bodies (officials).
6. "On Ratification of the Decree of the President of Ukraine to direct Peacekeeping Forces of Ukraine to support to the UN Mission in Cote d'Ivoire."
7. "On Amendments to Clause 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Use of Defense Lands" (re Construction of Housing for the Military Personnel and their Family Members).
The following Resolutions were adopted:
1. "On Consent of the President of Ukraine to the Appointment of V.P.Pshonka to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine."
2. "On Withdrawal of several Bills."
3. "On Withdrawal of several Bills on the Fuel and Energy Sector."
Several resolutions on appointment and dismissal of judges were passed.
93 Deputy inquiries were read out.
Several bills were adopted as a basis, withdrawn, or forwarded for repeated scrutiny.
