The bill (Reg. No. 5187) authorizes the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to recommend that the enterprises, institutions and organizations postpone the working days. Pursuant to the bill, such decrees shall be issued not later than three months before the date of the first working day to be postponed. The heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations shall issue corresponding decrees not later than two months before the date of the first working day to be postponed.
The bill states that the Cabinet of Ministers issues such an order not later than three months before the date of the first working day to be postponed.
The bill defines that the working schedule of the banks and their institutions is defined by the National Bank of Ukraine.
