The bill (Reg. No.7230) presents a new version of part 9 clause 16 of the Law "On Foreign Economic Activity." The Cabinet of Ministers passes the resolution on licensing of the import/export of commodities, including quotas, and on the auction sale of quotas by the petition of the central executive authority body in charge of economic policy, specifying the register of commodities, the import\export of which is subject to licensing, the periods of license validity, restrictions for each commodity, and the order of action sale of quotas.
