The Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to Clause 7 of the Law "On Pipeline Transport" (re Property Fund Administrator)

The bill (Reg. No. 7249) presents a new version of the third sentence of part 4 of Clause 7 of the Law "On Pipeline Transport" that lifts the ban on alienation of the property facilities of the state-owned enterprises of major pipeline transport, Naftohaz Ukrainy National Joint-Stock Company, its affiliates and companies founded with its share, with the aim of their privatization.

The applicable provision of part 4 of Clause 7 of the Law "On Pipeline Transport" deprives Naftohaz Ukrainy National Joint-Stock Company, its affiliates and companies founded with its share of the right to take any legal action concerning its assets.
