The bill (Reg. No.6551) enhances the licensing and activity system certification in the securities market in Ukraine.
In particular, it harmonizes the terminology of the Law "On State Regulation of the Securities Market in Ukraine" with the adopted Law "On Securities and Stock Market."
It introduces the charge for the issue of license duplicates for certain activity in the securities market, the copies of these licenses, and certificates authorizing professional activity with the securities and their duplicates in Ukraine.
