The bill (Reg. No.6644) supports the auction sale of objects
included into the Cabinet of Ministers register of fixed military property
together with the land areas.
The Land Code and the Law "On Use of the Military Lands" are amended to support these norms.
The bill states that the funds received from the sale of land areas of fixed military property would be directed to the State Budget and used exclusively for the needs of the defense.
The People´s Deputies also declared that the sale of the unnecessary military property would considerably contribute to the financial support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
