The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (the Rights of Concession Holders)

The Law amends the Land Code of Ukraine and the Law "On Concessions", strengthening governmental safeguards for the rights of concession holders to arrange favourable conditions for consolidation of the state and business interests by conclusion and implementation of respective agreements.

A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 4674.
