The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On State Supervision over the International Transfer of Military Goods and their Dual Use" with the Proposals of the President of Ukraine

The Law amends the Law "On State Supervision over the International Transfer of Military Goods and their Dual Use" to settle problematic issues in the export supervision and enhance the procedure of state export supervision, harmonizing it with the European standards.

A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 4123.
