The Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Youth and Children Organisations" (re Age Restrictions, Participation in Election Coalitions) in the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The bill (Reg. No2593) suggests supplementing of the norm of an efficient Law, pursuant to which, founders of youth and children public organizations can be citizens of Ukraine and also foreigners and individuals without citizenship that stay on the territory of Ukraine on legal basis, reached the age of 15 years, by the principle, according to which, quantity of older citizens among the founders of the indicated organizations can not comprise more than 10%.
