The bill (Reg. No.6380) supplements the effective law with the concept "declaration of sugar residue" - declaration of the available amount of sugar in the ownership of a business entity.
Declaration shall be compulsory for all the business entities irrespective of their property form. According to the parliamentarians, the declaration procedure is defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Information on the business entities and amount of sugar indicated in the declaration is to be confidential information, business entities being liable for the completeness and reliability of the data submitted.
