The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Restriction of State Regulation of Economic Activity)

The Law introduces amendments to the Laws "On Licensing of Certain Economic Activity Types", "On Transport", "On Pesticides and Agrichemicals", the Tax Code of Ukraine, and the Criminal Code of Ukraine to curtail the list of the business activities subject to compulsory licensing.

Clause 9 of the Law "On Licensing of Certain Economic Activity Types" is presented in a new version.

A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 6696.
