The Resolution takes into account the report of the Panel and refers it to the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Prosecution General, and the Security Service.
The Resolution recommends that the Prosecution General of Ukraine:
"verifies the facts mentioned; guarantees prosecutor´s response to the materials presented by the Interim Inquiry Panel, and in accordance with the Decision of Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal of August 30, 2010 in case No. 2а-1008/10/2670;
strengthens supervision over the legitimacy of work of the National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting, its members and contestants; responds in due time to the infringements and take action in case of non-implementation of prosecutor´s orders."
The Resolution prolongs the authorities of the Panel by June 17, 2011.
