The bill (Reg. No.6703), submitted
by N. Korolevska, People´s Deputy of Ukraine, sets the legal basis for the
formation of free entrepreneurship zones as tools for the development of
business activity within certain areas with insufficient level of the business
activity.
The author declared that the bill presupposed several actions to develop business activity in the free entrepreneurship zones.
Furthermore, the bill contains the definition of a free entrepreneurship zone; the provisions on general and special conduction of the economic activity in a free entrepreneurship zone; requirements for the territory of zones and certification of goods; the procedure of altering the definition of a free entrepreneurship zone, etc.
The bill establishes the order for business activity in the free entrepreneurship zones, sets the state guarantees for the investors and social guarantees for the employees.
