The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to Clause 4 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers "On State Due" (re Privileges by the Payment of State Due)

The bill (Reg. No.6506) exempts labour and social protection bodies claimants and defendants from the state due payment after the suit assignation and payment of all types of the state social aids, compensations, payments and after-payments envisaged by the legislation of Ukraine.
