The bill (Reg. No.7115) introduces a mechanism of current accounts with the special terms of use in the authorized banks for payments for natural gas and electrical energy.
According to the bill, the enterprises of drinking water supply shall enter funds considered as payments for the drinking water supply services from all the categories of consumers exclusively onto the account with the special terms of use to handle the accounts for the electrical power consumption during the rendering of services.
Supplying heat energy under the sale contracts, the heating supply organizations shall enter the funds considered as payments for the heat energy supply exclusively onto the current accounts with the special terms of use to handle the accounts for the natural gas consumption during the production of heat energy.
The document also envisages that the order and peculiarities of these settlements shall be fixed by the Cabinet of Ministers.
