The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Statutory Capital" (re Replacement of the Term "Statutory Fund" with the Term "Statutory Capital")

The bill (Reg. No. 2425) replaces the term "statutory fund" with the term "statutory capital" in the Economic, Civil and Budget Codes of Ukraine, and in several Laws to unify the term that nominates the property of an economic association used to determine the shares of its shareholders.
