The bill (Reg. No.7084) introduces international standards regarding employment of preliminary measures alternative to placement in detention. It sets clear-cut criteria and grounds for placement in detention to narrow the cases, when the suspects, the accused or the defendants can be placed in detention.
Pursuant to the bill, clause 155 is supplemented with two parts to set the requirements for the resolution on placement in detention in the cases envisaged by part one, clause 155 of the bill.
