Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, highly appreciates the Competence of the Journalists of Holos Ukrainy Newspaper
On Friday, Volodymyr Lytvyn congratulated the staff of the parliamentary newspaper on the 20th anniversary. He expressed his sincere gratitude to the founders of Holos Ukrainy newspaper continuing their work today.
The Head of the Parliament thanked the journalists for their great work, stating that "a modern epoch" arises, when one looks through the pages of the newspaper starting from the very first edition. "A fundamental coverage of events is an enormous supplementary archival material for the students and post-graduate students," he stressed.
V.Lytvyn highly appreciated the unbiased stand of the journalists, which is claimed to distinguish Holos Ukrainy from other printed media. "The newspaper materials are always verified and impartial," he stated. "Even critical materials do not offend, but reveal the cause of the problem. It is a real art."
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine wished "fine pen, sincere competition, thorough analysis and understanding that publications cover the history of a modern Ukraine" to the staff of the parliamentary newspaper.
V.Lytvyn conferred the decorations of the President of Ukraine and The Verkhovna Rada to the personnel of the newspaper.
Adam Martyniuk, First Deputy Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and People´s Deputies of all the Factions sent their greetings on the occasion of the anniversary.
