The bill (Reg. No.7083) states that the property and income declaration shall be submitted only by the candidates for the deputy office in regional councils.
The bill (Reg. No.7083-1) envisages:
exclusion of the candidates for the Deputy office and candidates for the office of village, town and city mayor from the declaration of income;
exclusion one of the norms of clause 22 of the Law "On Elections of the Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea, Local Councils, City and Village Mayors" pursuant to which presentation of the candidates that does not correspond to the requirements of this clause is to be rejected, the candidates suggested by it to the personnel of the election commission are excluded, the decision on presentation rejection is not adopted;
introduction of the amendments to clauses 22, 38 and 39 of the effective Law regarding the rejection of the requirement to add to the presentation regarding the candidates to the territorial election commissions and also requirements to the candidates for the deputy offices in single-seat of an electoral district, single-mandate majority election district, candidates of the offices of village, town and city mayor the certificated on registration of the local party organization.
The Committee recommends that the Parliament adopts the bill (Reg. No.7083) as a basis.
