Mikhail Krotov, Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council, sent the telegram of condolences to Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, in connection with the tragedy on the railway crossing in Dnipropetrovsk region.

"On behalf of the Board of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member Nations, and on my own behalf, I express deepest sympathy in connection with the tragic event of October 12, 2010 in Dnipropetrovsk region. Together with the Ukrainian people, we grieve about the tragic loss of life in a traffic accident," the telegram reads.
