The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2010" (re Redemption of Debt for Consumed Electrical Energy and Supplied Coal in the Enterprises of Coal-Mining and Energy Sectors)

The bill cuts down the expenditures under the budgetary program "Implementation of the Comprehensive Program on Arrangement of a Nuclear Fuel Cycle in Ukraine and the State Target Environmental Program on Safety of Uranium Facilities of Prydniprovskyi Khimichnyi Zavod Industrial Association" (code 1101080) by UAH 160 million. These funds are allocated to cover the expenditures under the budgetary program "restructuring of coal-mining and peat extraction industry, including redemption of debt for consumed electrical energy" (code 1301070).

The bill was registered under Reg. No. 7157.
