The
bill (Reg. No6506) introduces the norms that exempt labour
and social protection bodies claimants and defendants, from the state due payment after the
suit assignation and payment of all types of the state social aids, compensations,
payments and after-payments envisaged by the legislation of Ukraine.
The Committee members declared that according to the calculations of the Ministry of Labour, the sum from the exemption of labour and social protection bodies claimants and defendants from the payments of state dues after the suit assignation and payment of all types of the state social aids, compensations, payments and after-payments envisaged by the legislation of Ukraine shall comprise UAH 10, 2 billion.
