During the Seventh Session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation, the Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government intends to draft, scrutinize and bring forward at least 200 Bills

According to the Committee´s action
plan, the following bills should be adjusted to the repeated second reading: on
the All-Ukrainian Referendum (Reg. No. 6278); to the second reading on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (Reg. No. 2565), on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the
State Register of Voters" (Reg. No. 6669), on amendments to clause 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public
Associations" (Reg. No. 2511), on the territorial organization of elections and referenda in Ukraine (Reg.
No. 2630), on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Political Parties in Ukraine" (re
accountability of parties for political and election programs) (Reg. No. 1467),
on amendments to several Laws
of Ukraine regarding public participation in the formation and implementation
of public policy, and settlement of local matters (Reg. No. 3654), on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Public
Associations"(Reg. No.3312),
on amendments to clause 14 of the Law of Ukraine "On Service
in the Local Self-Government Bodies" (Reg. No. 3263), on the preliminary training of members of
election commissions (Reg. No. 2787), on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On
Elections of the President of Ukraine" (Reg. No. 3529).
The Committee members will also work upon the legislative
regulation of the local self-government matters, activity of the political
parties, the status of deputies of The Verkhovna Rada of the Crimean Autonomous
Republic and local
councils, etc.
