According to the Law, "pursuit of priority directions of science and technology development is supported by the conduct of research in the priority areas and realization of development projects within the state target programs; government order for research and technological production, training of scientific personnel, data and financial support of research and scientific development projects."
Under the legislative act, the Law on the State Budget of Ukraine fixes the amount of funds to be allotted for the development of priority areas of science and technology.
A bill was registered under Reg. No. 0937.
