The bill (Reg. No.6469) improves the effective mechanisms of the state policy implementation in the sphere of culture; regulates social relations connected with the formation, distribution, preservation and restoration of cultural values, and improves legal relations in the sphere of culture.
The bill, in particular, determines the principal network, source of funding, legal basis of the economic activity of the cultural institutions, social guarantees for the cultural specialists, foundations of the international cultural cooperation, etc.
