The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to Clause 43 of the Law "On Restoration of Debtor's Solvency or Filing for Bankruptcy" (re Enterprises using Nuclear Energy)

The bill (Reg. No.6413) specifies the bankruptcy proceedings of the enterprises using nuclear energy; in particular, it recognizes the public authority body in charge of state regulation of the nuclear and radiation safety or their regional inspectorates as the participants of the bankruptcy proceedings.
