The bill (Reg. No.5424) supplements the applicable Code
with the provision establishing responsibility for "a deliberate systematic
non-fulfillment of obligations by a member of an election commission or a
member of a referendum commission, by evasion from participation in the commission´s
work, impediment to the
implementation of authorities by the election commission, referendum commission
or other subjects of elections or referendum."
The bill establishes responsibility for the use of illegally manufactured, forged or illegally obtained voting ballots or referendum ballots.
