Mykola Tomenko: Ukrainian People need 365 Days of Physical Culture and Sports per Year
Mykola Tomenko, Deputy Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, attended the events dedicated to the Day of Physical Culture and Sports in Kyiv. "In actual fact, Ukraine should develop state and regional infrastructure programs to support mass sports and physical culture," he stated. M.Tomenko held up Kyiv as an example, as the infrastructure of sports facilities and grounds in public and municipal ownership had been destroyed for the past four years.
To revive this sector, the Deputy Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine recommends the Ukrainian people to celebrate the Day of Physical Culture and Sports at least 365 days per year.
