The bill (Reg. No.4120) amends the Law "On Protection of Consumers". According to the amendment, the consumers have the right to leave a complaint, a motion, a comment or a remark in the Customer Charter located in the conspicuous and accessible place in conformity to the trade rules and merchant services regulations ratified by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
