The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Customer Charter)

The bill (Reg. No.4120) amends the Law "On Protection of Consumers". According to the amendment, the consumers have the right to leave a complaint, a motion, a comment or a remark in the Customer Charter located in the conspicuous and accessible place in conformity to the trade rules and merchant services regulations ratified by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
