The Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Customs Clearance of Goods destined for the Preparation and Holding of EURO 2012 in the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The bill (Reg. No.6411) establishes temporary regulation of imports into the customs territory of Ukraine of the personal belongings of the contestants, goods and vehicles destined for the preparation and holding of the EURO 2012 by the UEFA, contestants and their representatives. The bill envisages preferential tax treatment of the goods destined for the final part of the European Football Championship 2012 in Ukraine.

The bill amends the Laws "On Organization and Holding of the Final Part of the European Football Championship 2012 in Ukraine", "On Value Added Tax", and "On Common Customs Tariff."
