“The first foreign visit of the delegation of the Dutch Parliament after the elections is to Ukraine. Today we met with our colleagues – two committees, representatives of the coalition, the opposition, the left wing, the right wing.
We thank the Netherlands for all the assistance provided since the full-scale invasion and important decisions for Ukraine!” said Oleksandr Zavitnevych, the Chairman of the Committee.
The participants of the meeting discussed the situation on the front line, our capabilities in active and defensive actions, and trends in the situation, as the enemy does not count losses and tries to continue to seize new territories with a view to further targeting Western countries. Once again, we had to state that, despite the sanctions, russia is able to increase its ammunition production, replenish its stocks from iran and north korea, and even receive certain components from Western companies.
“The key is that russia has to lose. And our country and our partners have to restore security.
During the meeting, special attention was paid to providing our defenders with artillery and UAVs.
I am grateful to my Dutch colleagues for their support and rely on their assurances that they will make every effort to help Ukraine to deter the enemy and win. If Ukraine stands, the civilised world will be saved from the russian invasion.
And we are waiting for the F-16.”
