August 25, the Chairman and members of the Committee on Foreign Policy and Interparliamentary Cooperation by a delegation of the committees on foreign affairs of the parliaments of the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, and the Republic of Finland.

During the meeting, the issues of war crimes and crimes against humanity, various forms of violence against the civilian population of Ukraine and Ukrainian military prisoners in the occupied territories, the admission of representatives of the Red Cross to places of detention, the prosecution of guilty persons, as well as the modalities of the future creation of a special international tribunal were discussed.
