«To rebuild Ukraine, as it is indicated in the priorities, we must move from the narrative "russia must not win this war" to the narrative "russia must be defeated."  It depends on our joint actions, on how effectively you solve energy security issues, economic issues to support Ukraine. It also depends on how effectively you will continue to support Ukraine with weapons. I am convinced that weapons are currently the best humanitarian aid for Ukraine. The quality and urgency of its provision is important!» Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze stressed.
