From June 1 to 4, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted 15 Laws of Ukraine

On June 1-4, 2021, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held four plenary sessions, at which it adopted 15 Laws of Ukraine:

- No. 2051-1 "On limiting the turnover of plastic bags in Ukraine";

- No. 5301 "On Amendments to Section II ‘Final Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine’ On Development of the Aircraft Industry ‘On Support of the Aircraft Industry’ on Continuing to Provide Ukrainian Airlines with a Transitional Period for the Transition to the Use of Domestic Aircraft";

- No. 5246 "On Amending the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine to Implement the Information and Telecommunication System for Pretrial Investigations";

- No. 3964 "On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Renaming of the Fund of Social Protection of Disabled Persons and Aligning the Terminology With the Legislation in the Sphere of Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities";

- No. 3450 "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine 'On Prevention of Corruption' on the regulation of certain issues of protection of whistleblowers";

- No. 3901 "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine 'On Motor Roads'";

- No. 5415 "On Amendments to Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of the Population from Infectious Diseases' on Regulation of Certain Issues of Social Protection of Medical Workers Affected by Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)";

- No. 3403 "On amendments to Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine 'On the Legal Regime of Property in the Armed Forces of Ukraine'';

- No. 3498 "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Patronage in Sport";

- No. 0100 "On Ratification of the Agreement (in the Form of Exchange of Notes) between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States of America on the Extension of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States of America on Cooperation in Science and Technology";

- No. 4184 "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine Concerning the Abolition of Taxation of Income Received by Non-Residents in the Form of Payment for Production and / or Distribution of Advertising and Improvement of the Procedure for Value Added Taxation of Transactions on Supply of Electronic Services by Non-Residents to Individuals";

- No. 5309 "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Public Procurement’ and other Laws on Improving the System of Appeals Against Public Procurement";

- No. 4651 "On Amending the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and the Criminal Code of Ukraine to Improve Liability for Declaration of False Information and Non-Submission by a Declarant of the Declaration of Person Authorized to Perform the Functions of the State or Local Self-Government";

- No. 3742 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning Certain Issues of Dimensional and Weight Control".
