Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5138-1 “On Amending Paragraph 3. Section X ‘Transitional and Final Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Complete General Secondary Education’ to Expand the Opportunities for Transformation of the Educational Network and Protection of Participants in the Educational Process”.
The Law stipulates that reorganization and liquidation of special general secondary education institutions are allowed only after approval of the draft relevant decision of the founder by the central executive body in the field of education and science.
The Law of Ukraine No. 5138-1 “On Amending Paragraph 3. Section X ‘Transitional and Final Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Complete General Secondary Education’ to Expand the Opportunities for Transformation of the Educational Network and Protection of Participants in the Educational Process” proposes to postpone the transformation of sanatorium schools for a year - until July 2022 and obliges the founders to approve in the Ministry of Education and Science draft decisions on the liquidation and reorganization of sanatorium and special schools and training and rehabilitation centers.
