Adopted as a basis the draft law “On Amending the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine’ Regarding the Activities of the Special Control Commission on Privatization”

The draft law No. 3757 “On Amending the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine’ Regarding the Activities of the Special Control Commission on Privatization” removes from the Law of Ukraine “On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” the provision on consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Special Commission’s petitions regarding privatization issues and on the necessity for informing the Commission on the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers during the Hour of Questions to the Government.
