During the plenary week, which lasted from November 17 to 20, 2020, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held one sitting, at which it adopted 3 Laws of Ukraine and 4 Resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Adopted 3 Laws of Ukraine:
- Law of Ukraine No. 4120 “On Amendments to Section XX ‘Transitional Provisions’ of the Tax Code of Ukraine (concerning the peculiarities of tax administration to finance expenditures specified in paragraphs 31-34 of Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the State Budget of Ukraine – 2020’)”;
- Law of Ukraine No. 4119 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On the State Budget of Ukraine – 2020’ (concerning the implementation of the provisions of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Natural Gas Market’)”;
- Law of Ukraine No. 3651-d “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Regulation of Certain Issues of Organization and Activity of Bodies of Local and District State Administrations”.
Adopted 4 Resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:
- No. 4320 “On timely informing citizens in case of intensification of anti-epidemic measures in order to properly prepare for such intensification”;
- No. 3050а-9 “On Amendments to the Agenda of the Fourth Session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Ninth Convocation”;
- No. 4368 “On early termination of powers of the MP Zinovii Andriiovych”;
- No. 4371 “On the appointment of chairpersons, first deputies, deputy chairpersons, secretaries, members of Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the ninth convocation”.
