On access to pre-clinical drug trials: Draft bill No.4074

There has been taken the bill amending the law of Ukraine “On Medicines”. The updated law calls all preclinical drug trials and clinical investigations results to be ‘publicly available information’ and obliges all agents to freely public this information on their official sites.

The presiding officer closed the meeting.
