Updating land legislation

The committee recommends the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to take on the first reading a draft bill No.6535 killing a range of the Ukrainian SSR laws on land relations, submitted by the Cabinet.

The recommended repeal is aimed at removing the obsolete Soviet-era laws which have been out of use thus far, being replaced by the modern relevant regulatory enactments.
