The Bill "On Amendments to the Law "On Conditions of Foreign Investment" (Reg. No. 4030) regulates discrepancies in the current normative and legal basis of Ukraine appertaining to licensing foreign economic operations, performed by the enterprises with foreign investments.
The Bill includes a regulation according to which foreign investments and investments of Ukrainian partners (except of investments represented by securities), including dues to the statutory fund of enterprises, are to be estimated in the foreign convertible currency and in the currency of Ukraine according to the Ukrainian legislation and on the grounds of prices at the international and/or Ukrainian market(s).
The Bill also introduces amendments to the current Law regarding abolition of benefits concerning customs duties for excisable goods imported in Ukraine as foreign investor´s due to the statutory fund of enterprises with foreign investments.
