The meetings were held in the Reception Hall of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine according to the Schedule of personal reception of the citizens, adopted by the Decree of the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

On the whole, more than 300 visitors attended personal receptions. Among the appeals received by the People´s Deputies of Ukraine, 43 appeals are collective, signed by 423 persons. The largest number of citizens appealed to the following committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine: the Committee on justice; on fighting organized crime and corruption; on the matters of pensioners, veterans and disabled people.

The heads of following factions received the largest number of citizens: BYuT Faction (50 persons) and Party of Regions Faction (26 persons). 

The categories of citizens who appealed for assistance to the People´s Deputies are the following: socially unprotected sectors of the population, including elderly people, pensioners, the disabled people, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, families with many children, people who suffered from the Chornobyl disaster.

The following issues were mostly considered: enforcement of legality and protection of law and order, social protection and provision of pensions, issues concerning housing, communal and road economy, reforms in the fields of healthcare, economy and agriculture.
