On Friday, The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Olexander Moroz, attended The International Students' Forum 'Ukraine-Russia', held in Kharkiv between 13-15 September
Addressing the students, O. Moroz said that 'students are optimists seeing their prospects, and so the Powers and The State should provide this prospect for them.'
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine emphasized the importance of a multi-faceted co-operation between Ukrainian and Russian students, and the setting up of new Scientific schools, 'You are the future Scientific and Political elite,' stated O. Moroz, adding that cooperation between students will contribute to the development of bilateral Ukrainian/Russian relations in all areas.
O. Moroz feels strongly that an environment should be created in Higher Educational Institutions which will inspire students to further educational and scientific achievements.
