At 9.30 am on 13 December, Members of the Party of Regions Faction continued with their blocking of the lectern and the Presidium in the Assembly Room of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, is holding effective consultations with the Chairmen of Parliamentary Factions, concerning the immediate unblocking of Parliamentary Proceedings.
