Verkhovna Rada Committee for Transport recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Air Code of Ukraine" (as to prevention of competition restrictions in field of air traffic)

According to the Secretariat of the Committee the decision was taken at the meeting on July 1. Committee members supported the draft law that aims to ensure observance of the provision of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU in the field of protection of fair competition between different economic entities in air traffic and to bring the air traffic law in line with provisions of the Laws protecting economic competition.
