Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Article 164 of Tax Code of Ukraine" (as to taxation of pensions of war disabled persons and some other categories of persons)

The draft law offers to supplement Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine with a term that will exempt from taxation the pensions paid to participants of WWII, disabled veterans and persons subject to Article 10 of Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection." Respective draft law was registered under No. 2781.
