Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to improvement of individual deposit guarantee system and withdrawal of insolvent banks from market)

The draft law offers to improve the procedure of withdrawal of insolvent commercial banks from the market and enhance the protection of depositors rights.

Respective amendments are offered to the Civil, Economic and Criminal Procedure Codes of Ukraine; Laws of Ukraine "On individual deposit guarantee system," "On banks and banking activity," "On joint-stock companies" and "On circulation of bills in Ukraine."

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2045а.
